Dads4Kids Fatherhood Foundation is a recognized harm prevention, faith based charity focused on reducing the impact of fatherlessness in Australia. Over the last 7 years, Dads4Kids has been on a mission to improve the well-being of children’s lives by increasing the number of children who grow up with a responsible, committed and loving father.

Dads4Kids has been educating and inspiring fathers, through a variety of creative media methods, including;

• TV Advertisements, with Matthew Hayden
• Web Based Communication
• Mentoring Courses
• Public Policy Advocacy
• Research
• Conferences
• Seminars, and
• Training and technical assistance to other industry groups.

To ensure Dads4Kids ongoing success and to enable the introduction of new initiatives they require an expert Business Developer to join their team. Someone who will have an immediate impact on building relationships that will generate sponsorship, donations and strategic alliances through partnerships across Australia.

The likely candidate will consider themselves to be a person with a heart for this cause, committed to their family, active in their local church and willing to work in a team. Your management skills will include creative planning, organising and excellent communication abilities.

An entrepreneurial attitude would be a must as is a history of raising funds and public awareness through personal presentations and submission writing. Whilst not essential, tertiary qualifications would be an advantage.

A negotiated salary package will include a base salary and performance bonuses. Rewarding flexible working conditions are available for the successful candidate.
